Avoid Blood Thinners: Refrain from taking blood-thinning medications (like aspirin) for a few days before treatment, unless directed otherwise by your provider.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.

No Makeup or Creams: Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid applying lotions or creams on the treatment area on the day of the procedure.

Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure and apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily to protect the treated area.

Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild cleanser on the treated area and avoid harsh soaps or scrubs for a few days. NO EXFOLIATION.

Moisturize: Keep the skin hydrated with a gentle, non-irritating moisturizer.

Avoid Heat: Stay away from hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and intense workouts for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment.

No Makeup: Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for 24 hours to allow the skin to heal.

Do Not Pick: Avoid picking or scratching the treated area, especially if you notice any redness or irritation.

Hair Shedding: Expect some hair shedding in the weeks following treatment; this is normal and part of the process.
