Discontinue Certain Products: Stop using retinoids, glycolic acids, and other exfoliating agents one week before treatment.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment to keep your skin hydrated.
Avoid Waxing: Do not wax or use other hair removal methods in the treatment area for at least a week prior.

Sun Protection: Continue to avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen daily to protect your treated skin.
Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild cleanser and avoid exfoliating products for a few days post-treatment.

Avoid Heat: Steer clear of hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment.
